pr999 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pr999", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the operator of the pr999 platform accessible at pr999.io and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the pr999 website, mobile interface, games library, sports betting product and all related features and services.
• "Player", "you" or "your" means any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, bonus credits and personal details.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds, free spins equivalents or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-credit stake placed on any game, sporting event or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Winnings" means any real-money return generated from a successful Bet, net of the original stake unless otherwise specified.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process pr999 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age and payment details before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all balances, deposits, withdrawals and Bonuses are denominated on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and pr999.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

2.3 These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the pr999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly provides otherwise.

2.4 pr999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 for the full amendments procedure.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. pr999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a player under 21, voiding all associated balances and Winnings.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. pr999 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any location other than those it targets.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pr999 will suspend all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonuses claimed across those Accounts, and may withhold Winnings generated through duplicate Account activity pending investigation.

3.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your Account and must update that information promptly whenever it changes. You must not impersonate any other person or use a name or email address that you are not authorised to use. pr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any information you provide at any time.

3.5 Account Approval

pr999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration on the Platform does not guarantee that your Account will be fully verified or that you will be permitted to make deposits or withdrawals until all required KYC checks are satisfactorily completed.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pr999 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat or any other channel.

4.2 You must notify pr999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Until pr999 receives such notification, you remain liable for all activity on your Account.

4.3 pr999 implements OTP verification for new device logins and applies automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity. These security features are in addition to, and do not reduce, your personal responsibility to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 You must not share your Account with, or allow access to your Account by, any third party. Each Account is for the sole use of the registered individual. Any Account found to be operated by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pr999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pr999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pr999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification or phased processing at pr999's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to verified Accounts. pr999 will generally return funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. pr999 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.4 Processing Times

pr999 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within a few hours of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. pr999 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or circumstances outside its control.

5.5 No Money Laundering

The Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must originate from payment methods that are registered in your own name. pr999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns and to freeze or close Accounts where money laundering is suspected, reporting such activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 pr999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers or other incentives ("Promotions") to Players. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Credits must be wagered at least the number of times specified before any winnings derived from those credits can be withdrawn. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Credits in all wagering unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.

6.3 Bonuses are awarded to verified individuals only. Claiming a Promotion across multiple Accounts, sharing a Promotion with another player, or exploiting any error or miscommunication in a Promotion's terms constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Credits and Winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6.4 pr999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time, including after it has been credited to an Account, where pr999 has reason to believe the Promotion has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms. pr999 also reserves the right to cap Winnings arising from Bonus Credits where this is specified in the Promotion terms.

6.5 Seasonal and cultural promotions — including those tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja or major cricket tournaments such as the BPL or ICC events — are subject to the same conditions above. pr999 does not guarantee that any recurring promotion will be offered in future periods.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to gameplay, while these Terms shall apply to all Account, financial and conduct matters.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not accepted until pr999's system has confirmed acceptance and issued a transaction reference. pr999 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the bet was placed in error, exploits a pricing error, or forms part of a suspicious betting pattern.

7.3 Void Bets

pr999 may void any bet where: (a) the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) a pricing or technical error caused an incorrect price or market to be offered; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) circumstances beyond pr999's control render settlement impossible. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to your Real Money Balance.

7.4 Disputes

If you believe a bet result or game outcome is incorrect, you must notify pr999 via [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant event settling. pr999 will review the dispute and provide a written response within a reasonable period. pr999's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject to your rights under applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting glitches, bugs, errors or unintended functionality in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any Winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, tournament or betting market to influence outcomes or redistribute Winnings unfairly.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits that have already been wagered, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's Account or to pr999's back-end systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Selling, transferring or otherwise disposing of your Account or its balances to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 pr999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. If at any time you feel that your gambling is becoming harmful to you or others, you are encouraged to use the tools available on your Account dashboard or to contact our support team immediately.

9.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased until a minimum cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, during which login is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block your own access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9.3 pr999 may at its own discretion apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account that shows behavioural indicators of problem gambling, irrespective of whether the Account holder has requested such restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, icons, images, audio clips and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of pr999 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce or distribute any content; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) publicly display or perform any content; or (d) use any content for commercial purposes.

10.3 The pr999 name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of pr999. You may not use these marks in any way without prior written consent from pr999.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.2 pr999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond pr999's control may occasionally render the Platform unavailable. pr999 accepts no liability for losses you claim arose during a period of Platform unavailability.

11.3 pr999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, from bets placed in error by you, or from your failure to comply with these Terms.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pr999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

12.1 pr999 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pr999.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

12.2 pr999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. pr999 does not store card details or mobile wallet authentication credentials on its own servers. Payment authorisations are handled directly by the relevant payment provider's secure gateway.

12.3 pr999 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. pr999 may share data with third parties where required by law, where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, or where you have given explicit consent.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 pr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pr999 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

13.2 The date on which the current version of these Terms took effect is shown at the top of this document. Prior versions are archived and available on request.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Termination and Account Closure

14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deducting any pending charges) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC checks.

14.2 pr999 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) pr999 suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity on your Account; (c) pr999 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; or (d) pr999 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

14.3 Upon Account closure initiated by pr999 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Credits and Winnings derived from Bonus Credits will be forfeited. Real Money Balances may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

14.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pr999 will attempt to notify you before classifying your Account as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an administrative fee, details of which will be communicated in the dormancy notice.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pr999 operates with a commitment to fair play, transparent operations and the protection of player rights.

15.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you should first contact pr999's customer support team at [email protected], providing a full description of the issue and any supporting evidence. pr999 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

15.4 Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
